Once your return is approved, we refund the money to the original payment method you used. Depending on the product you send the item either to us or the supplier — we provide exact instructions.
Return policy
- You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
- Personalized / printed items (with your own text or image) are not covered by the 14-day return, except if defective or incorrect.
- Returned items must be new and unused, in original condition.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility (except for defective or incorrect items).
- We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item.
